Google propaganda!

Google today carried on it’s crusade against unelected dictators and head’s of state by completely ignoring the 60th anniversary of Queen Elizabeth II’s ascension to the throne.

Instead they dedicated their homepage to the Birthday of some dead supporting actor best know for his appearance in ‘Close Encounters of the Third Kind’…and to ensure the snub carried it’s full weight they made sure he was French.

The Palace was unavailable for comment but a spokesman from Google said….

“Following Google’s involvement in the unseating of Egyptian Dictator Hosni Mubarak, Google has tasked itself with fighting evil where ever it’s found…We could have picked Bob Marley or Ronald Regan but François Truffaut is French so was the natural choice.

Viva la revolution…It’s only a matter of time….be good out there people”

  1. There ought to be a rule that when you have ruled a country for more than 50 years, you get the Google homepage on your anniversary.

That would pretty much just be Elizabeth and Castro right now, wouldn't it?

I saw Castro gave a speech the other day that was ONLY 6 hours long (seriously!). Poor guy must really be slipping in his old age.

  2. That's just great…Google dedicates their entire homepage to this guy, and still he is described as "some dead supporting actor best know for his appearance in 'Close Encounters of the Third Kind.'" Well, whatever, he is still cooler than me.
